I have a new employee - what payroll forms do I need to fill out?

There are a number of forms that you need to complete when you've got a new employee:

  • Click here for the Kiwsaver K1 form that you need to complete as an employer and send to Inland Revenue
  • Click here for the Kiwsaver K2 form that your employee needs to complete and return to you
  • Click here for the IR330 Tax code declaration form
  • Click here for the form that you'll need to complete and return to us if we're going to be completing the payroll for you
