If you want to add a person to your Xero subscription, you'll need to manage your user access.
To check your access, go to "Settings", select "General Settings" and then click on the "Users" tab, you'll be able to see who has access under "Permissions". If you do have manage users access, then follow the instructions here to add a new user.
